STRAWBERRY DELIGHT
3/4 C. SUGAR (I USE A BOUT 1/2+)
1/2 c. WHIPPING CREAM
1/4 C. LIGHT CORN SYRUP
2 T. BUTTER
1/2 C, CHOPPED HEATH BARS (2) 1.4 OZ BAR OR EQUIV.)
2 PINTS FRESH STRAWBERRIES
1/2 PINT SOUR CR.
IN SAUCEPAN, COMBINE SUGAR, WHIPPPING CREAM, CORN SYRUP, AND BUTTER.
BRING TO BOIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
BOIL FOR 1 MIN., STIRRING OFTEN.
MIX IN CHOPPED CANDY-COOL MIXTURE.
CLEAN & SLICE STRAWBERRIES.
TO SERVE;PLACE STRAWBERRIES IN DISH, ADD COOLED SAUCE.
TOP WITH DOLLOP OF SOUR CREAM.
